FREQUENTLY REQUESTED CITIES:
ATLANTA, GA: Deadlines are strictly enforced in Atlanta. 90 days out is the deadline, and all applications will be denied after that date. Several city agencies must sign-off on the event prior to approvals. There are numerous sub-permits required, and they require all of the agencies to have eyes on approvals.
BOSTON, MA: There are numerous high-traffic locations available to permit your special event experience. There are no curb permits available, as is common in other cities, therefore our recommendations for the locations that offer legal permits, are what we handle for your event. Sub-permits will only be available to those events that have a legal master permit in place. Several city agencies must sign-off on the event prior to approvals. CHICAGO, IL: Our team offers numerous high profile events that your brand can take part in during the year. Taste of Chicago is one of the most popular events, and we will make sure your brand is taken care of in acquiring the best spot and pr. High profile locations like Millenium Park and Pioneer Plaza have certain restrictions that we happily navigate on your behalf. The ever popular Navy Pier has multiple opportunities to promote your experience.
DALLAS, TX: A special event permit is required for temporary events on public property or on private property, where otherwise prohibited by law:
- Closing of a street, not including Block Parties
- Blocking or restriction of public property
- Sale of merchandise, food or beverage
- Erection of a tent 400 square feet or larger
- Installation of a stage, band shell, trailer, van, portable building or toilet, grands tand, or bleacher for public use
- Placement of temporary no-parking, directional, over-size or identification signage or banners
- Use of the City Hall Plaza
Please Note: Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) flight activities are prohibited over the City of Dallas by the FAA. The use of drones is currently not authorized in Class B airspace (which is the case for Dallas Love Field and all of the Dallas’ Central Business District).

HOUSTON, TX: Events range from street events to park events. The deadlines range from 45 days out for a small event, to 120 days out for a large event. Multiple agencies require approvals.
